Emma Yarwood – Clinical Trainer

Course Leader

Emma Yarwood – Clinical Trainer

Hi, I’m Emma, a Clinical Trainer at Lynton. I joined the team in 2018 as a Senior Practitioner at The Lynton Clinic and became Clinic Manager in 2021. Alongside my clinic roles, I started assisting with courses and masterclasses at the Lynton Training Academy, which sparked my passion for training. Now, as a Clinical Trainer and qualified assessor, I support both of our training academies and help our customers grow with confidence.

Before joining Lynton, I worked in the beauty industry for over a decade, in both salons and retail. In 2012, I decided to take a life-changing break, volunteering in India, Thailand, Malaysia and Cambodia – an experience I’ll never forget!

What I love most about my role is its variety. From traveling across the country (and even getting stuck in an Orkney Island snowstorm!) to meeting new people, every day is different. Sharing my knowledge, especially with those new to the industry, and watching them grow is incredibly rewarding.

My hands-on experience in busy clinics, including working directly with Lynton devices, means I truly understand our customers’ challenges. As a trainer, I’m patient, supportive and always here to help – even after training is complete.

I am honoured to be the owner of the second clinic in the UK to receive this Microneedling device. The EPN Pen is easy to use, with great results and less downtime than my previous devices. The training was excellent and I love the serum, very little needed to achieve the right amount of glide and results.

Customer Testimonials

In 1999 DEKA pioneered minimally invasive treatment of localised fat deposits by introducing Laserlipolysis® which achieved worldwide success. Today DEKA has taken one step further. DEKA’s unceasing search for new sources and applications has led to the invention of a completely non-invasive system, which specifically destroys the lipocyte membrane, just as the laser did. In very few sessions (usually 4-5), the Coolwaves™ in the ONDA system are extremely effective in reducing the localized accumulations of fat in areas like the abdomen, back, trochanter and lower limbs. And that’s not all! Coolwaves™ make it possible to treat cellulite even in the most advanced stages and skin laxity. This is a completely painless procedure, with no side effects, which is safe and comfortable for my patients, who were enthusiastic about this innovative treatment.

Addressing pigmentation irregularities, skin rejuvenation, tightening and resurfacing in the case of acne scars or post-cosmetic surgery scarring like tummy tuck scars, stretch marks, and so on with the help of the revolutionary and innovative DEKA lasers, namely the DEKA SmartXide Touch and DEKA MonaLisa Touch CO2 technologies which have proved to ensure excellent cosmetic results. With the help of the MonaLisa Touch CO2 laser, women facing intimate conditions can also find a solution in treating various genital issues in a non-surgical and painless manner, benefiting from a quick recovery and no downtime.

The ProMax Lipo system has become one of the top treatment systems for our clients, especially for face, neck and décolletage. It’s been a big hit and our ladies love it!!!!

We are using our lockdown time wisely! Another webinar from Lynton Lasers today covering “Reopening checklists for the clinic during COVID-19” We will continue to gather the best information to enable us to keep you as safe as possible when you visit Bare Uk!

Bare Oxford UK

We first heard about the ONDA at a medical conference. Since starting to use the ONDA, we have treated over 200 patients, each requiring about 5 treatments on average. That means we have carried out about 1000 treatments which has meant there is a lot of data to look at. Patients are happy with the outcomes. We have a lot of celebrity patients due to them not wanting long-periods of downtime with busy schedules. They are very happy with the treatment. I like all three of the functions that the ONDA tends to offer, I like the fact that it is an effective cellulite reduction technology and there is no other technology that does the same non-surgically. We offer treatment to men and women and are seeing good results with both. Clearly women have cellulite more prevalently than men, however with the ageing process of men there is estrogenization and we are seeing skin similar to cellulite. Men are benefiting from this treatment as well. Patient safety is a priority, and what we find with the ONDA is that we can be rest assured that it is one of the safest treatments we can offer our patients, especially when it is related to tissue damage, to burns and to adverse outcomes.

Dr Aamer Khan, Co-Founder, The Harley Street Skin Clinic

In the past, all my CO2 laser patients would need IV anaesthesia or would be treated in the OR. The CoolPeel settings with the SmartXide allow me to treat patients in my office in under ten minutes and offer them a predictable skin renewal treatment with minimal downtime. Patients don’t want downtime so they are loving that any redness is typically gone in a few days.
