Customer Testimonials

Lynton, after all the stress I have had this week since we have been closed you are one of the companies that have supported my business in helping my financial situation, in giving me some months off my service contract. Your company and staff are just great, customer service is excellent. If anyone is thinking of getting a laser machine when all this madness has gone, Lynton Lasers are a great company with medical grade machines and very high standards of training. Customer service is 5 stars! Thank you so much!

The Rose Spa

Using the step-by-step marketing strategy from Lynton we have gathered so much interest from clients for our new Focus Dual! We’ve already confirmed bookings and we haven’t even launched the device yet! The support has been so unique, we have never purchased a system where everything we need has been laid out in front of us like this. We’ve used the supplied resources to easily complete our webpages, write blogs, and make social media posts about the device, the whole process is just so easy.

Kay Brown, Director, Fiji Skin Clinic

" Fantastic webinar, thanks Lynton."

LIGHT PROTECT is light on the skin and doesn't feel greasy. It’s not just a sun block, it’s a really good moisturiser! It smells good and isn’t heavily perfumed for my delicate skin.

NHS Rosacea Patient

“I put the success of my 15-year-old business almost entirely down to my Lynton LUMINA®. Without stunning results, you have no business. Equipment and the clinical and servicing support behind it is EVERYTHING, no compromise. If nothing but the best will do, you want to be working with Lynton.”

Kerry Belba, Director, Laser Skin Solutions

Service of lumina and focus dual done by Richard … I had a service done today by engineer Richard, and I couldn’t be more pleased. He was fantastic—keeping me informed about his arrival time, showing up promptly, and completing the service efficiently and professionally. Despite the challenging space, he was respectful of my property, working carefully and with great attention to detail. What truly set him apart was his willingness to go the extra mile by providing clear instructions on how to maintain and clean the equipment. Excellent service all around.

Hayley and the Lynton team have more than amazing! Their expertise, marketing meetings and help had been exceptional. We feel so privileged to be involved with the Lynton Team, they have been phenomenal throughout the Focus Dual journey. Our two most recent models for HIFU have been amazed at their results which makes the investment all the more worth it. The machine is compact and easy to use and using the ideas from the launch programme we’ve already gained the interest of around 40 clients! I could not praise the Lynton experience any higher!

Ruth Jones, Director, Laser Clinic North Wales

Lynton-The nest machine and best twam Buying a machine from Lynton was a really good experience from start to finish. Eloise was my point of contact and she went through everything very smoothly. She was always available and made sure that I didn't have a single doubt regarding the machine, service and after services all through. Becky was in charge of training me and she was very good. She gave me very good theory and hands on practical training using all the different features of the machine. Very happy with the machine and the great staff they have😊

Lynton has offered me the perfect combination of 'personal and professional'. As an independent company, it is hugely reassuring to know that there is a team of highly qualified and experienced individuals to answer questions and offer guidance. The response from the medical support team is timely and reassuring and I have relied on this service for advice. I am particularly impressed with my reps continued interaction with my Facebook posts - it makes me feel like a valued customer of Lynton.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 star review We run an established tattoo studio and wanted to partner with a UK-based laser company for tattoo removal—Lynton was the only choice. From pre-sale to installation and ongoing support, their customer service has been absolutely fantastic. Eloise and Rihanna have been brilliant throughout, always available by phone or email whenever needed. Couldn’t ask for a better team to work with! Highly recommend Lynton for anyone looking for top-quality UK-manufactured lasers and outstanding support.
