At Lynton, we understand that our employees are our greatest asset. That’s why we prioritise their wellbeing and strive to create a mindful and rewarding workplace culture. As part of the HIVE initiative, we have developed various programs and initiatives that promote employee wellbeing and engagement. At Lynton, we go above and beyond to promote the wellbeing and engagement of our employees. From our FACTBe Mindful program to our Investors in People accreditation, we provide the resources, support, and rewards necessary to cultivate a mindful and rewarding workplace culture.
One of our key initiatives is FACTBe Mindful, a program designed to encourage mindfulness practices and stress reduction among our employees. We recognise the importance of mental wellbeing and work-life balance, and FACTBe Mindful provides the resources and support necessary to achieve these goals. From mindfulness workshops to relaxation techniques, we empower our employees to prioritise their mental health and find balance in their professional and personal lives. This enables them to thrive both inside and outside of work.
Lynton is proud to hold the esteemed Investors in People accreditation, which recognises our dedication to employee development and engagement. This prestigious accreditation showcases our commitment to creating a positive workplace culture that values and invests in our employees. By continually investing in their growth and providing opportunities for advancement, we foster a sense of purpose and fulfilment among our team members.
At Lynton, we believe in celebrating our employees’ milestones and successes. That’s why we introduced the “Birthday-day-off” policy, where each employee is rewarded with a day off to enjoy and celebrate their special day. Additionally, we have implemented a profit-related annual bonus program, ensuring that all staff members share in the company’s success. These initiatives not only recognise and appreciate our employees’ contributions but also foster a sense of camaraderie and shared accomplishment.
We believe that a positive and enjoyable work environment goes hand in hand with employee wellbeing. That’s why we organise regular event days and rewards to celebrate achievements, encourage team building, and create lasting memories. Whether that’s through workshop days, social outings, or special recognition events, we ensure that all our employees feel valued and appreciated.
Expansion of Premises to Facilitate Entry into Export Markets
To facilitate its entry into new export markets, Lynton Lasers Ltd required increased manufacturing space, as well as new demonstration and training facilities. To this end, LEADER Funding was applied for, and won, to support the refurbishment of an adjacent business unit (Unit 9d) as well as the re-arrangement and refurbishment of the existing business unit (Unit 6) on Holmes Chapel Business Park.
This Project was part funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development
