I just wanted to say Well done to Lynton Lasers during Lockdown. I have attended training sessions and webinars, all of which have been full of information and expertly run. Highly recommend Lynton 5+++++”.

Customer Testimonials

Up to now since lockdown, all I have done is throw myself into exercise and the kids - which is a good thing, however I have shut off from work doing only the bare minimum required to keep my business going. I am normally a very motivated person - so doing this has not been sitting well with my conscious and it’s made me feel quite low on this front. I was in two minds whether to do this today as I have been doing laser hair removal for 8 years, 'what more could I learn' I thought…. I am so very happy I joined in.  I am now brimming with ideas and enthusiasm and my passion for my business has just been reignited. In fact, I am nearly in tears and quite emotional as I type this as this is just what I need to give me a kick up the bum to get going so I don’t waste the next couple of months with my head in the sand! Thank you so very much and pass my huge thanks onto Hayley and Kirsty too - you were all brilliant.

In the past, all my CO2 laser patients would need IV anaesthesia or would be treated in the OR. The CoolPeel settings with the SmartXide allow me to treat patients in my office in under ten minutes and offer them a predictable skin renewal treatment with minimal downtime. Patients don’t want downtime so they are loving that any redness is typically gone in a few days.

Dr Carey J. Nease, Facial Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon, Nease Cosmetic Surgery

DEKA is the leading CO2 laser technology company in the world and I believe the best in the business at making a CO2 laser. SmartXide’s advanced engineering offers low downtime or traditional high downtime treatment – giving us more flexibility to better suit our patients’ needs.

Well done Lynton for donating your Lynton LIGHT SOOTHE to the NHS. Another great demonstration of how much you care for your customers and our great NHS.

Skin Happy Me

Service of lumina and focus dual done by Richard … I had a service done today by engineer Richard, and I couldn’t be more pleased. He was fantastic—keeping me informed about his arrival time, showing up promptly, and completing the service efficiently and professionally. Despite the challenging space, he was respectful of my property, working carefully and with great attention to detail. What truly set him apart was his willingness to go the extra mile by providing clear instructions on how to maintain and clean the equipment. Excellent service all around.

Paulina

I would like to say how marvellous the Lynton company has been. We purchased a piece of equipment from Lynton in September as part of the Level 4 Beauty therapy delivery and the initial consultation was so professional and informative. Once purchased our training with Gill Herrick (Clinical Trainer at Lynton), she was excellent, this lady’s' knowledge was excellent, and she took time to deliver a system in a true professional manner. I have since had contact with this lady for various reasons and she has always acknowledged quickly my needs regarding delivery of services etc. I am delighted with the whole support that has been provided and this has allowed a confident approach in delivering services. Thank you for your support.

I think Lynton are a fantastic company and your customer service is the reason I came back to you again to buy the EXCELIGHT®. Our Business Development Consultant was fantastic and went out of her way for us by getting us a trolley for the system the same day. Janet (Clinical Trainer) is an excellent trainer. Both I and my husband, who is a doctor at the clinic, found her to be very professional. This training was a refresher for us both. The engineer who delivered the EXCELIGHT® was very helpful and was able to help us on site - the servicing of our lasers with you has always been very good. The results I have had with both my LUMINA and EXCELIGHT® have been outstanding, which is exactly what you need in a medic-lead clinic. Very happy! Score 10/10.

We’ve had the Lynton Lumina for many years, treated hundreds of clients and have seen fantastic results for veins, pigment and tattoo removal. It’s been a great addition to the business.

Thanks, Sam, for another great training day. It helps to stabilise and focus myself during this unstable time and gives me innovation to plan for after lockdown.
