Introducing The Lynton Business School

18th December 2021

We have recently launched our very own Business School in collaboration with Aesthetic Entrepreneurs’ Richard Crawford-Small!

With his expertise and our knowledge, we’ve created a virtual six-step programme. It is the first of many that we are looking to introduce to our portfolio to help customers take their businesses to the next level.

If the past year has taught us anything in the world of aesthetics, it’s that we need support from our suppliers. To that end, we like to think of the Lynton Business School as an extension of our award-winning after-care service, which all of our customers are very familiar with.

What Exactly Is The Lynton Business School?

In a nutshell, the Lynton Business School is composed of six on-demand sessions that centre on different aspects of your business. These elements will give businesses the opportunity to focus on their goals and what they want to achieve. We’re now going to detail each session for you – we hope you’re ready to learn more about this fantastic opportunity!

Setting Goals

The first session deals with what you wish to achieve. During this, we’ll work on setting goals, understanding the importance of having values in your business, the culture within it, and understanding your overall vision. After all, if you don’t know where you want to go, you can’t possibly get there. As Richard Crawford-Small says, “goal-setting is an absolute fundamental requirement for growing any successful business.” This process needs to become a habit for any business owner. If you already follow this practice, we can help you to improve upon it even further.

Customer Avatars

Any successful business owner needs to understand their customers. By creating a customer avatar, or buyer profile, you can get to know the requirements of your customers much better. During this session, we’ll give you the tools to create these profiles, which will allow you to uncover all the reasons as to why your customers should choose your business.

Pricing

During the third session, we will discuss everyone’s least favourite topic – pricing. Businesses are typically worried about getting their pricing structure wrong and they often use their competitors as a benchmark… but what if they’re wrong too? Richard Crawford-Small believes that the UK aesthetics market is often undervalued, which means businesses across the country should be considering increasing their prices. If you’re concerned about doing so, this session will provide you with a strategy that enables you to charge the correct rates for your services.

Digital Marketing Strategy

The fourth session is effectively two-in-one. Our digital marketing strategy modules have been created in collaboration with industry expert, Rick O’Neill. He will take you through his key tips on digital marketing strategy, SEO, and how to get the most out of Google and Facebook. By doing so, this will allow you to ensure that the content you put out into the world wields spectacular results.

Content Creation

The penultimate session is all about content creation. After all, in the words of Richard Crawford-Small, “if you’re not creating meaningful content that entices, educates and entertains your clients, then you’re not going to be generating the most effective marketing.”

Richard finds that people often hide behind their brands, when they should be putting themselves out there! Without well-thought-out content that connects to your target audience, you’re not going to see the growth you desire.

Product Launch Strategy

The final session deals with your product launch strategy. You need to be aware of exactly how you’re going to launch and market a new device before you actually go ahead and launch it! This session gives you the tools to create exciting and effective product launches that provide you with an excellent ROI.

Expansion of Premises to Facilitate Entry into Export Markets

To facilitate its entry into new export markets, Lynton Lasers Ltd required increased manufacturing space, as well as new demonstration and training facilities. To this end, LEADER Funding was applied for, and won, to support the refurbishment of an adjacent business unit (Unit 9d) as well as the re-arrangement and refurbishment of the existing business unit (Unit 6) on Holmes Chapel Business Park.

This Project was part funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development
