Course Leader
Rhiannon Smith
Rhiannon has been a dedicated professional in the beauty and aesthetics industry since 2005, with a particular passion for IPL treatments since 2007. She joined The Lynton Clinic in 2010 as a laser practitioner, where she developed her expertise in advanced aesthetic technologies. In 2015, she transitioned into training for Lynton, sharing her knowledge with industry professionals.
Rhiannon holds multiple VTCT qualifications and is an Assessor for the VTCT courses delivered at Lynton. In 2021, she achieved her Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training, further cementing her expertise in clinical education. Appointed as Clinical Training Manager in 2022, Rhiannon now leads training initiatives and regularly speaks at industry conferences across the UK, helping to shape the future of aesthetic education.
