On October 13th, our partner, DEKA, held a VIP SmartXide Masterclass. This exclusive event brought renowned doctors, surgeons and dermatologists together at The Royal Society of Medicine to see the power of SmartXide first-hand.
The event was an overwhelming success and we’re thrilled it went so well. If you missed out, read on to find out about what happened on the day.
DEKA’s Pioneering Spirit

The Event Itself
For the event, key members of the DEKA team flew over from Italy to support our UK-based team. We’re grateful for their continued support of our UK operations and we can’t thank them enough for joining us.
Once proceedings got underway, there was a live demonstration of SmartXide that allowed all of the delegates in attendance to treat patients. Were it not for such events, practitioners wouldn’t get the chance to experience new devices for themselves without first purchasing them for their businesses.
By being able to use machines such as SmartXide before committing to them, professionals get to see the unrivalled results they could achieve every single day. The live demonstration was performed in small groups, which gave each attendee the opportunity to be thorough and ask any questions they needed to without feeling the pressure of time constraints.
Advice From The Professionals
Professors Paolo Bonan and Ali Ghanem were both speakers at the event. These individuals are very familiar to DEKA customers.
With two avid users of the SmartXide at their disposal, those who attended the masterclass were able to direct any questions they had towards our distinguished guests. Thanks to their experience and expertise, the two professors imparted their knowledge without a second thought and were able to answer any and all queries.
To round off the day, delegates were invited to attend a private dining experience at Claridge’s. This gave everyone a final chance to ask any lingering questions and to network with fellow participants.
We love nothing more than building relationships with current and potential customers alike, and the SmartXide Masterclass gave us the perfect opportunity to do so.
