Experts in Aesthetics - The Technology to Transform
At Lynton, we specialise in guiding all our customers through the transitional process of setting-up new aesthetic technologies within their business, with close to 1,000 customers in the UK already successfully using our equipment.
We understand that when using aesthetic technology, our customers need to be sure of its quality, integrity and reliability as well as the post-purchase support available. And with Lynton, they will be.
We have the largest support network available in the UK, providing all Lynton customers with access to our Clinical, Marketing, Training and Technical Support departments who will work with you to build a thriving and successful practice.
In 2018, we invested even further into expanding (half a million pounds) our manufacturing, R & D and training facilities, helping fully securing our position as the UK’s No.1 laser & IPL manufacturer. We also continue to be an accredited ISO13485:2016 medical-device certified laser manufacturer, an accreditation that ensures our aesthetic equipment meets the specification, safety and reliability required by all our customers. This exceptional quality of manufacturer allows all Lynton users to achieve outstanding, medical-grade treatments results.
By choosing Lynton, you will gain access to the Lynton Customer Support Portal. Designed to offer 24-hour support, the portal contains everything you need as a busy laser/IPL practitioner, with extensive clinical, training and marketing support tools, free to download.
As well as a vast array of content to aid your business, we also provide you with access to a bespoke online shop, specifically designed for Lynton customers. This again provides around the clock availability to order anything you may need, for example, extra display units, skin care, eyewear, consultation forms etc. It’s all under one roof!
All our customers receive free-of-charge, in-depth training at their own premises, where our Clinical Trainer will train you and your staff on your own Lynton system. You can also take your training to the ‘next level’ by attending one of our advanced courses or formal qualifications (Level 3, 4 and 5) run in conjunction with the University of Manchester, VTCT, MATA and held at our brand-new, state-of-the-art training facility – the only laser & IPL dedicated centre in the UK!
We’re rightly proud of the quality and reliability of our equipment, but if you do encounter any problems, our in-house team of technicians offers a guaranteed 48-hour response in addition to standard scheduled maintenance visits. It is essential that your clinical equipment always operates consistently and to specification, meaning that skilled technical servicing is of paramount importance. We offer a variety of service cover options, including a repair or replace service that provides you with a replacement system to use while yours is being fixed, therefore minimising downtime.
The Clinic Support you will receive as a Lynton customer is designed to help give you the confidence required to deliver safe and effective treatments – in fact, we have the largest team of Trainers, Clinicians and Aestheticians in the UK, all available to give advice and answer any questions you may have. Getting in touch is easy using our dedicated Clinical Support Hotline & Email, which will get you the answer to your question in ultra quick time. We also hold regular clinical update training days and masterclass programmes to help keep your skills and knowledge up to date.

Expansion of Premises to Facilitate Entry into Export Markets
To facilitate its entry into new export markets, Lynton Lasers Ltd required increased manufacturing space, as well as new demonstration and training facilities. To this end, LEADER Funding was applied for, and won, to support the refurbishment of an adjacent business unit (Unit 9d) as well as the re-arrangement and refurbishment of the existing business unit (Unit 6) on Holmes Chapel Business Park.
This Project was part funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development
