What to expect?
The 2021 Lynton Academy Workshops focus on making key recommendations to our customers on improving their businesses from both a marketing and clinical viewpoint.

Kerry Belba BA (Hons)
Member of the BMLA Board, Clinical Director, Laser Practitioner and Laser Trainer
- Kerry is a qualified Laser technician and Laser & IPL trainer. She has obtained the nationally recognized BTEC Laser & Light Award and then went on to complete the Advanced Skin Laser Applications Award from the University of Manchester.
- Kerry delivers all laser & IPL treatments including laser hair removal, tattoo removal and all laser skin treatments.
- In addition to performing laser treatments in the clinic, Kerry also delivers Laser & IPL training all over the UK and the Channel Islands and has trained dermatologists, GPs, and clinicians alike in the use of Lasers and IPL.
- Kerry is the Clinic Director at Laser Skin Solutions in Bournemouth.
Ruth Zawoda Clea
Entrepreneur, Founder of Truly Content Marketing Agency, Co-Founder of La Fuente Clinic
- Ruth Zawoda-Clea is an online content marketing specialist with many years of industry experience. Since 2014, she has been running her own business, Truly Content, which offers contracted online marketing services, with a specialist interest in the private medical and medical aesthetics sectors.

Before she established her own business, Zawoda-Clea worked as a marketing manager at London-based BHM Media Ltd, a marketing and advertising agency that was targeted toward the healthcare and medical marketing sector by helping clinics and healthcare practitioners attract more clients. It was this experience that immersed Zawoda-Clea in the private medical and medical aesthetics industries, and she decided to carry that expertise forward into her own business venture.
